Availability status definitions as follows:

1. AVAILABLE EX-KL: Item is available in KL. Full payment required before pickup/delivery is made.

2. RESERVED EX-KL : Item is in KL, and reserved for a customer.

3. AVAILABLE EX-USA: Item is with us in USA. Deposit payment required before delivery to Malaysia is made. Balance must be settled before pickup/delivery is made.

4. RESERVED EX-USA : Item is in USA, and reserved for a customer.

5. PRE-ORDER REQUIRED: Item will be purchased upon request. Deposit is required.

How to make a purchase

1. Please fill out the order form or submit your orders to rnr2ubiz@gmail.com. Information needed are:

Item Code (as specified in our blog)
Your full name
Your full mailing address
Your reachable phone number
Pick up or other delivery methods

2. We will send you a confirmation email with payment information (Maybank or HSBC account number).

3. Deposit payment must be made within 5 days. Deposit amount needed is indicated under the item description. Please email us immediately once payment is made. If payment is not received, RNR2U will cancel your order.

4. We will keep you updated on the shipment date for your items. If you do not trust us, please do not purchase from us.

5. Once the items arrive in Malaysia, we will notify you via email for you to settle the balance payment. We will the furnish you with details of the pick-up location.

6. Goods sold are non-refundable nor exchangeable, unless the mistake is from our part (e.g. the wrong product).

8. We are not responsible for any mishaps after shipment is made (item damage, theft, lost).
